The share of sustainable palm oil in the Netherlands is stabilizing

The Dutch Alliance for Sustainable Palm Oil (DASPO)* reports annually on the progress of the use of sustainable palm oil in the Netherlands. The new DASPO report shows that the use of sustainable palm oil in the Netherlands is stabilizing. In 2019, 87% of the palm oil processed in the Netherlands for the domestic and export markets was sustainably certified. The report also shows that the volume of physically separated ("segregated") sustainable palm oil increased by 4% in 2019.
