Legal limits for contaminants in food products can mostly be found in Regulation (EC) 1881/2006 and for feed products in Directive 2002/32/EC. Information is given about MCPD and glycidyl esters and mineral oil hydrocarbons. The subheader 'Other contaminants' includes information about other contaminants than specified above.
