Directive 79/117/EEC lists banned pesticides. The pesticides mentioned here are not allowed for use in the European Union because they are likely to cause harmful effects on human or animal health or unreasonable adverse effects on the environment. Maximum Residue Levels for these pesticides are set at the Limit of Detection or are based on monitoring data.
