 Working Group Market Research

The product board MVO aims at informing its companies as quickly and accurately as possible on developments and relevant data in the oils and fats sector. You are probably familiar with our EU competition analysis, quick scans, statistical yearbook, fact sheets or trade figures.

We hope that you make good use of these products and find them to your satisfaction. Since we intend to take into account your needs and questions as well as possible in the future too, we like to hear from you how we may improve our services and which products and services you would expect from us in the forthcoming years.

Therefore, we invite you to take part in the Working Group Market Research. At meetings of this (ad hoc) working group we like to discuss which items are most relevant to you. We think for example about:

  • Trade, production and consumption figures;
  • Economic en demographic developments;
  • Countries and regions;
  • Themes (sustainability, biotechnology, biofuels).

The second meeting of this working group was held on January 21st, 2011. The input from this meeting has been used to establish and schedule products and services for the year 2011. This Working Group will meet annually to fine-tune our service with the needs of our stakeholders.
