MVO promotes Good Agricultural Practices in South America
After setting up activities meant to stimulate Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in Hungary in 2010, the Product Board MVO recently set up a brochure on Pesticide Management designed for farmers and storage companies in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.

MVO food safety course fully booked 
Enrolment for the MVO course "Food Safety of Vegetable Oils and Fats" from 24 to 26 April 2012 is not possible anymore, since the maximum number of participants has been reached.  Ad hoc werkgroep pesticiden  

De ad hoc werkgroep pesticiden is in 2009 opgericht om meer duidelijk- en openheid te creëren tussen overheid, handel en industrie inzake MRL overschrijdingen en voedselveiligheidsrisico’s. Daarnaast heeft de werkgroep zich ten doel gesteld om Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) inzake verantwoord gebruik van pesticiden onder de aandacht te brengen bij boeren en opslagbedrijven in Oost- Europa. 

In de werkgroep is kennis vanuit zowel de handel als de olieraffinage industrie aanwezig; ook is kennis vanuit de bemonstering en chemische analyse vertegenwoordigd in de werkgroep.
