 Working Group Labor Anchorage

The Project Labor Anchorage has as its purpose at one side to achieve more coherence between the diverging activities which the product boards deploy in the domain of employee affairs, and on the other side to enhance employee's commitment to the product board's activities.

Apart from the Product Board for Margarine, Fats and Oils (MVO), the following product boards are implicated in the Project Labor Anchorage:

  • Product Board for Beverages
  • Product Board for Poultry and Eggs
  • Product Board for Horticulture
  • Product Board for Cattle and Meat
  • Product Board for Fish
  • Product Board for Dairy
  • Head Product Board for Agriculture (comprising Product Board for Feedstuff, Product Board for Grains, Seeds and Pulses and Product Board for Wine)

After a preparatory phase in the second half of 2006 the Working Group Labor Anchorage took up its activities in January 2007. This working group since then has held numerous meetings. Reports from these meetings (in Dutch) are available.

Each year the working group draws up an annual working plan (in Dutch) in which the main activities which shall be undertaken by or on behalf of the product boards in the domain of employee affairs are laid down.

Many activities mentioned in the working plan are - as so far as the Product Board MVO is concerned - carried out by the Labor Division.
